...Fans wearing their national team's shirt even though they palpably failed to get to the finals? Exhibit 1: A fan in an Ireland shirt miserably eating noodles in Exmouth Market at 13:55 today. |

We didn't fail. We chose not to go this year, so as to give the smaller teams (e.g. Brazil, England etc) a chance to shine. |
