If you think it's mid-doors, then it's still early doors.

Late doors only occurs when it's too late.

So in answer to your question Sharon, IT'S STILL EARLY DOORS and YOU WILL KNOW WHEN IT'S LATE DOORS.

Early doors is "shall we have a drink?" and late doors is "we've run out of booze".

It's true. There's no mid doors.

The space where mid doors would go (should it exist) is always taken up by early doors. As has been pointed out, it' always early doors until you realise that it's late doors.

For example, when in the pub it's always such early doors that there's always time for more booze until suddenly it's late doors and you have to neck the pint you're on and get another before closing. I have never EVER been in a pub and thought "Ooooh, it's just that right time of night to have one more leisurely drink and then saunter home in plenty of time to catch the last tube". It's always a case of "There's loads of time, oh crap that was last orders, line them up, oh arse, I've missed all the tubes".

For a full demonstration I recommend having a drink or two with me in Camden on the first Monday of the month.

It's quite simple. Everthing up to and including LA Woman is early Doors. Everything after Jim Morrison's death was late Doors. "Stairway to heaven", though released at a time that could have qualified as mid Doors wasn't by the Doors but by Led Zeppelin and so wasn't any kind of Doors.

This proves that you are all right, and all wrong. Yes, there are three kinds of doors, but no, the elusive third kind is not mid doors, but non-doors. So in fact it goes:

Early doors, early doors, early doors, early doors, non-doors, late doors.

Thus, there is a moment between early doors and late doors when the universe is in perfect equilibrium, doorwise.

Even if that's true, you don't realise it's non-doors until it's late doors, so it is never non-doors (even if it _was_).

I feel like we're stuck in revolving doors.

Is the 'doors debate' on this thread at 'late doors' stage, or are we still in early doors?
