So any thoughts on Coogan's new show (which started yesterday if you missed it in which case you probably have no thoughts other than "oh I missed that")??

I saw it!

I liked it, which is surprising as most of Coogan's stuff isn't that funny until you've got to know it.

Didn't manage to completely keep Alan out of his character though...

I saw it. Which is unlike me. It's the first comedy programme I've seen since the early nineties.

It was alright, I thought. Quite subtle. It wasn't exactly a departure but it was very gently engaging, a bit like Coogan's Run. It's a grower. His slightly intense love for his wife and inappropriate declarations of this were the funniest thing in it.

"You rock my world."
"You rock my w-o-rld"
